Tata Steel Dividend News: Tata Group’s steel company is soon set to declare its quarterly earnings for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024. Tata Steel on Thursday revealed when will its board of directors meet to consider and approve the financial results for the January-March 2024 period.
In an exchange filing, the steel major said that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Steel Limited will be held next week on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, to consider and take on record the audited Standalone and unaudited Consolidated financial statements and results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024.
Further, Tata Steel board will also consider and take on record the audited Standalone and Consolidated financial statements and results for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.

Along with this, the company informed, Tata Steel’s board will also recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
In accordance with it's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, Tata Steel said the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities was closed from Monday, March 25, 2024.
